“Afterbell,” “we,” and “us” refer to AfterbellFX Labs, which operates the Afterbell website and waitlist. For questions, contact team@afterbellfx.xyz. These website terms do not govern any future live trading service; separate terms will be presented before that service opens.

By using this site or submitting waitlist information, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the waitlist.

The waitlist lets you check a username, reserve it temporarily, and request an invitation. A username reservation expires after 15 minutes unless it is completed through the join flow. A reservation is not an account, ownership right, or promise that a username or product access will remain available.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, eligibility, or access to any product. We may change, pause, or close the waitlist and may reject or remove entries that are invalid, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

Afterbell is being developed as a non-custodial venue for synthetic perpetual contracts that reference major US equities, with USDC settlement on NEAR. The planned markets include NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, GOOGL and META. A perpetual contract is not a share: it does not give you ownership, voting rights, dividends, or other shareholder rights in the referenced company.

The planned design includes funding from supported chains through NEAR Intents, wallet-controlled smart accounts, isolated USDC margin, leverage that may vary by market session, and a shared USDC liquidity vault that is counterparty to positions. These features, supported chains, markets, limits, fees and operating details may change and are not available merely because they appear on this site.

Any future trading product will require separate, product-specific terms and eligibility checks. Do not send funds to an address or contract based only on this website.

You may use the waitlist only if you can lawfully do so where you live. The planned trading service is not intended for people in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, sanctioned locations, or any other place where the service is restricted. This list may change after legal review. Do not use a VPN or other method to bypass an eligibility or geographic restriction.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information to the waitlist. A future service may have additional age, identity, residency or other eligibility requirements.

• Provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to submit.
• Do not probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, APIs, accounts, or infrastructure.
• Do not use the site to violate applicable laws, sanctions, third-party rights, or another person's privacy.
• Keep your own devices and accounts secure. The current waitlist does not ask for a wallet seed phrase or private key; never send either to us.

Site content is general product information, not investment, trading, legal, tax, or financial advice, and is not an offer or solicitation to enter into a financial product or transaction. You are responsible for getting independent advice appropriate to your circumstances.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the site or waitlist. We work to keep the site available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.

The site and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that site information is complete, current, or suitable for your purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this informational website or waitlist.

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law that would otherwise govern your agreement. Any live trading service will have separate product terms and a dispute process before users can access it.
